Refund and Returns Policy

At Cat Toys Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you up to 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We advise inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. If you find that your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to health or safety regulations or other reasons, such as changes of mind. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page. If you have questions about specific products, feel free to contact us. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend starting with a return of the original product. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
